The Predoctoral Fellowship Program encourages and supports University of Chicago and University of Illinois at Chicago doctoral students who are investigating issues in health promotion economics. The program may provide primary ($12,000 award) or secondary ($2,500 award) support to students.

The Postdoctoral Fellowship Program is designed to help an individual who has completed a doctoral degree and/or at least two years of research training (e.g. MD plus research fellowship; PhD-including PhDs in the social sciences, public health, or nursing; or PharmD) to develop the knowledge and skills needed for a career in health promotion economics, whether in academia or health policy.
Criteria for admission to the post-doctoral fellowship program include outstanding intellectual ability, demonstrated achievement and promise in scholarly activity, commitment to an academic career with major emphasis on research in health promotion economics, and interest and appropriateness of mentorship by Center faculty for the proposed research project.
