Post-Doctoral Training
Post-doctoral training opportunities at CHeSS include three programs, two of which provide continuing education for all levels of education from graduate students to senior faculty. The third, the new Career Development Award in Comparative Effectiveness Research, is a two-year award for junior faculty at the University of Chicago or the University of Illinois, Chicago.
The Summer Program in Outcomes Research Training (SPORT) is available for faculty, fellows, and MD/PhD students at the University of Chicago to receive training over the summer quarter in outcomes research methods.
The Committee on Clinical and Translational Sciences (CCTS), co-sponsored by CHeSS and the Institute of Translational Medicine, organizes resources to train scholars in clinical and translational health research.
